Dec 26, 2015 like i said a few times this thread, TPAB is still around 8/10 for me. GKMC is around an 8.5.
Dec 26, 2015 it's not just good, it's a masterpiece, quality wise. Disappointing to you? Technically, its one of the greatest albums of the last 7-8 years and not just in hip hop. Most enjoyable? That's definitely debatable. I don't think you understand that personal enjoyment isn't something you can add to a review and it isn't something that has anything to do with how "good" an album really is. Any musician (like me, but specially professional and goat musicians) have already aknowledged this album as a goat (due to its musical composition) and there's no coincidence if it's one of the highest rated albums of all time. I don't like this term "objectivity" that some members like to throw but everything about music is not subjective and this album really is what it is being praised for... this is an outstanding album. Also, I assume you're also talking about jcole.. just know that the overall sales (WORLDWIDE) of tpab & FHD are almost the same (despite fhd being released few months before) but then again, sales don't mean s---, it was never about how good an album is.

Dec 26, 2015 great post. nobody is overratating tpab. like a lot of musicians said, the compsoition of tpab alone make it a near perfect album.. its not overrating, its just pure facts. Nobody is gonna downgrade an album just to please some haters who don't always enjoy amazing music lol.
Dec 26, 2015 ok so Andre 3k, Elton John, Kanye West and other have all praised Young Thug. Young Thug really is what he's being praised for. It's not subjective. Your preference as far as style and type of music goes can be subjective, but his talent isn't. End of discussion, right?
