i'm not even trying to be pedantic, but: if you think big sean's album is worth listening to you simply need to listen to more music.

cant say anything for sean as i was not even remotely interested enough to listen to an album by him, but rocky's album was just really boring. for what was supposed to be a change in style, it was extremely uninteresting throughout

90% of my favorite albums this year were made by underground or indie artists

TPAB, T&Y & tame impala are probably the only exceptions

ok i can understand that. i like slow, chilled out stuff like lsd more than pure bangers like lpfj2 so i thought it was great.

I think his bangers are really good as it hides the more uninteresting aspects of Rocky's rapping, which ALLA highlighted too much for me. But different strokes for different folks.

he's corny. he can't rap--it's cascading off-cadence syllable stacking nonsense. he doesn't understand what parts of each bar to hit.

he writes like he's trying to win an eighth-grade talent show.
