Dec 27, 2015 It's their problem. Hip hop is like a competition and everybody wants his favorite artist to be praised, thats why people like Narsh are annoying with young thug. But you just can't blame the kendrick fans because TPAB is getting all that praise... s--- is well deserved and f--- these haters lol. I'm starting to wonder if them saying that this whole "tpab too smart for us" isn't actually the proof that they're indeed dumb as f---. Matter of fact, I see them talking about kendrick's rapping when his rapping is the least thing that is being praised on this album. The music is what made this album a classic to the eyes of many (critics included) and let's be honest here, there's no surprise to see people who admitted they been listening to hip hop for only 2-3 years not being able to understand where the TPAB praise comes from. It's the same s--- for the tpab-gkmc argument. Those new listeners are riding with gkmc while the previous generation is riding with TPAB. Why do you think its happening? thats probably because the previous generation has experienced a lot more diversity in music.

That's exactly what Kendrick fans were doing.. which is why it sounds so stupid when they said they "don't care what Elton John said"
Dec 27, 2015 Starting to think some of you are just making copy/paste of what B.Dot from rapradar said in a recent podcast and on twitter... but its correct nontheless. He said something like "watch the pictures of those who prefer gkmc, they're all teenagers, virgins or cacs. And look at those who actually think TPAB is better, it's clear to me that GKMC was compromised to appeal to the fans of fast food music"
Dec 27, 2015 thats not what the kendrick fans are doing lmao. Of course they talk about what critics and other artists say a lot, but thats because kendrick is the most praised artist this year. It would be the exact same s--- for thug but he ain't getting these accolades so its not happening. This happened to all the artists/albums that got the same accolades. It happened to Illmatic a few months of its release (don't remember it being praised to that level the month of its release), it happened to Kanye West, Run The Jewels, etc.

Dec 27, 2015 how? Kendrick's albums are infinitely more praised than anything pac or eminem have ever released. Matter of fact, Pac and Em's albums were only praised by the fans until some critics decided to put their albums on their end of the decades lists. And in Tupac's case, his albums got revisited after his death. Kendrick is not just being praised by listeners or his fans, he's also praised by critics, his peers and the greatest artists in music history. So no, Kendrick's fans (or even the kanye fans) will never be up there with Eminem or Tupac... they're not blindly dickriding whathever their favorite artists do. You should start questioning yourself first.

Dec 27, 2015 Kendrick Lamar is the best rapper alive. Black Friday was just a reminder of that. Not to mention his features on Compton > Oh and I don't love TPAB, but it's a good album. Section 80 and GKMC were both fantastic.
