DMX would get vine-famous and become OG Maco 2.0

If 50 came correct with his GRODT s---, or if we're assuming they were born later and he had an ear for modern 808 mafia type beats, he'd be Future-status

Or should I say Astronaut Status :hehehe:

I love Kanye and think he's one of the best OAT but this is by far not his era, his music hardly impacts the radios or the street-level musicians

TPAB is a fantastic album but there's definitely flaws to be found and his fans (like you) hype it as the second coming of jesus (don't 4get to giv him money 2deep4me)

You don't have to study a genre's entire history, even a rudimentary glance at jazz would show the s--- is dope but everyone who praises tpab pretends they're a music theory professor when if they were asked to comment on any album other than regurgitating critical praise for TPAB they'd go hushmode

what are they supposed to realize? If anything, they will probably realize that it is being praised for legit reasons. Some haters are already starting to praise it as a goat album and they couldn't f--- with it few months ago, all it takes was them listening to more music. Don't blame other people for having enough musical knowledge on genres such as jazz and funk just because you don't know s--- about it.

There's no way you can call tpab an average album if you're over 25 and familiar with jazz, soul and funk music. I'm sorry but I have to blame your lack of musical knowledge on this one. Either this or you're a close minded guy who been listening to the same album for the past 10 years and still doesn't know music existed before the 90s.

I doubt it, Dude didn't even flop with an album that wasn't made for the masses (this is an incredible achievement in itself) and his next album is probably gonna be mainstream.

DMX would be the street dude mostly dropping street classic mixtapes. He's one of my GOATs but I have a hard time seeing a label wanting to deal with his baggage now. Younger Eminem wouldve been stuck in almost that independent/underground lane tryna spit like earlier Slim Shady in 2016.
