Jan 12, 2016 yeah pacifier is a top-three thug song, probably his best pure rapping performance. it was wayyyyyy over peoples' heads to pick as a single. it's like this generation's "b.o.b.," and you need to have a history for people to give it a chance to catch on. i don't know how good the album will be. i'm cautiously optimistic. i feel like his best solo work will be whatever he makes immediately post-300, though. it's a top-ten rap album. probably in 6-10 range, though. that's how it was intended, but who knows now.
Jan 12, 2016 Yeah it was. Probably scrapped now due to not charting . Best Friend is doing very well though.
Jan 12, 2016 Id like to hear 1 solid reason from an eminem fan as to why his first 3 albums were game changing
Jan 12, 2016 These threads always end up with people being mad certain artists are ranked too low/high in their opinion
Jan 12, 2016 the only problem with thugger is i cant enjoy his songs...the moment i start enjoying it i mentally feel narsh fat a--- cheeks smirking and waving his finger telling me i told u so
Jan 12, 2016 My main issue with your criticisms on Drake is that you seem to count those things against him more harshly than you do against other artists. This goes back to TC, and I don't really understand what makes The Weeknd's contributions to that record any different than that of Cudi's to 808s or even Kanye's to The Blueprint. They were brought in to help shape a specific sound. In Abel's words the only song he wrote on was the hook for Practice. Who's sound did he appropriate on NWTS?
