    idgaf how “deep” tpab is, the music itself is horrible compared to GKMC imo. his rapping was horrid at some points too, i dont see how yall can defend something like For Free, then get mad when a mainstream rapper makes a song about f---ing b------s.

    funny thing is, Kendrick used to be my favorite rapper. GKMC is arguably my favorite album oat, and i loved S.80 and OD, but TPAB just aint do it for me. i tried to fw it, but its boring tbh, and i only come back to a few songs. i dont see the purpose of listening to this s--- all the way through. its supposed to be music, not a book. the music should be better than the concept.

    i used to be one of those Drake haters. but honestly Drake surpassed him. IYRTITL s----s all over TPAB, mostly because it actually has replay value, and its hella enjoyable too. TPAB is one of those albums you have to be in a certain mood to listen to. i can listen to IYRTITL at any time with no problem.

    i was really hoping Kendrick would continue his reign as king of hip hop. unfortunately tho, Drake topped him. i really was hoping TPAB would be Kendrick’s best, and that it would top GKMC, but in reality TPAB is near the bottom of Kendrick’s discography, and GKMC, S.80, and even OD are better. Kendrick needs to take notes from Drake. nobody tryna hear this played out funk s---. its not the 90s anymore Kendrick.

    The most :what22: thing about this thread is that of all albums that came out in 2015 people are citing IYRT as the album this year that's better than TPAB. :drakelaugh2:
