Neither defense is that great, can't compare them to the LOB from 2013 or 2001 ravens. Especially since both teams were known for their offenses.

I don't really like Brady or Belichek but I respect their talent and knowledge of the game. Classy meeting with Manning after the game. Still happy Broncos won, I have an ongoing grudge against the Pats from 2003.

I think you're forgetting the NFC east. And I'm sure you know the struggle the Pats always have with the ravens. We had a very average team last year and still should've beat y'all if our secondary wasnt a--- and didn't blow two 14 point leads. Don't front if we were completely healthy we'd be in this and we'd give yall a run for your money if not win.

Well no s--- lol. You're comparing them to some of the greatest defense's the NFL has ever seen. Just because they don't compare to those defensive units doesn't mean they still weren't really good. As I said, they both ranked top 10 in the NFL defensively this season. Pats had a top 10 offense as well. How are they weak?

I agree they're good (not great) defenses, but the offenses are not nearly what they were a couple of years ago for both teams. They stand out because the AFC as a whole is weak. Both teams would get beat rather easily by the panthers/cards or even the seahawks.

Ahh a Ravens fan, that explains it.

But yes if Tom Brady wasn't Tom Brady you might have won last year.

The Pats had more injuries then the Ravens this year and were in the AFC Championship and your team won 5 games lol.

But no the NFC East is better then the AFC South, even with Romo hurt.

Actually the Ravens had more players on the IR including Flacco, our #1 RB, our #1 WR, and our #1 defensive player. Still, 14 of our 16 games were decided by 8 points or less. We could've easily been 9-7 if just a few things had gone differently. I bet even with Ryan Mallet we'd still give your battered team a good game like we did with Pittsburg in week 16.

You were 3-7 with Flacco this year, he s----d.

I don't really care about what your team "should" have done, they had injuries just like we did and won 7 fewer games. Pretty sure the Giants would have won like 12 games(something like that) if games were 58 mins long instead of 60. But guess what? Games are 60 mins long.

And yea you lost anyone you had on board with the Mallett thing, cmon son.

What a f---ing heartbreaking loss. Stupid decisions made by Belichick to not kick the field goals. What a wasted effort by Brady and Gronk to fight back at the end. The only guys that wanted it. Edelman got f---ing erased, Danny was a no-show, LaFell was hardly there, and then there's James Not Quite White. I'm tired of having pedestrian receivers.

Patriots offensive line needs to k--- themselves. We need better corners. Just not our year, I kinda had a feeling, but that doesn't make this loss hurt any less.

Flacco did play like garbage, mainly because he had no weapons once smith got hurt. But we had much more significant injuries (and more of them) than you guys did. So I think it's safe to assume we would've won a few more games if we just had half the injuries we did, but whatever it's a moot point. You must not be very aware of the history between our two teams, because even when we have average teams like last year, we still give you guys great games. And like I said we still beat the steelers with Mallet and co, so it really isn't that much of a stretch.

f---ing heartbreaking. I'm just gonna go ahead and pin that one on Gostowski. Brady played a s--- game up until about 5 mins left. Threw some absolute f---ing ducks. We need to do something about this O line and it needs to happen yesterday. Gronk was the only person who showed up tonight.

You really didn't have more significant injuries. The Pats just got a lot of their guys back for the playoffs because unlike your team they were able to win enough games to get there.

And I'm very aware of the history between the Pats/Ravens but I'm even more aware of how big of a bum Mallett is, the Pats would have dusted the Ravens with Mallett.
