Jan 20, 2016 TPAB is simple too. It's kendrick in his current position in life reflecting on the troubles that plague his community. Except it's presented in a clunky, poorly written manner so it's "abstract" GKMC is a coming of age story centered on a boy growing up in that same community. It's linear to an extent so I guess that makes it simple? It contains the same ideals that TPAB claims to champion, except it's much more personal, more fleshed out for the most part, and less sprawling
