    imo pac, nas & jay are cemented goats

    Eminem has the weakest catalog out of any goat (imo) and biggie has only released 2 albums so I don't know, it has to be one of them for me.

    It's a pretty common opinion that Kanye has 1-2 decent albums and not much more. Plus he doesn't really have a fanbase or a personality to get behind.
