    Eminem fans only listen to shady records artists and therefore don't really have a clue about how far hip hop has evolved. They're just a weird inbred subset of reel hip hop fans.

    Honestly I don't care if people exclusively listen to Shady Records artists it just sucks that most fans think Eminem and Royce are what defines hip hop and they judge music by how similar it is to Em

    I guess you're just talking about the people on this site? cuz most Eminem fans I know usually give every album a listen, they just don't like them.

    I guess they're most likely going to enjoy hip hop songs with a lot of complex rhymes... but that doesn't mean they're not giving other artists a chance.

    Its not immediately apparent, you have to kind of infer it. They don't openly go "eminem is real hip hop!!1!" but they'll say things like "I hope this is as good as MMLP2" or something like that, subtle clues n s---
