    there is no best rapper, to be one of the "greats" though is just how they use their talents correctly

    GOAT songwriting ability, ear for production, delivery, lyricism/ability to spit, consistency, creativity....there's more, but that's all that comes to mind for me right now.

    To many variables go into it otherwise there would be a universal answer. The only actual stats that you could go by are sales and streams but that really only measures popularity.
