Im connected to the internet, my network connection and multiplayer connection is all fine. It says nothing is wrong "All services are available", yet still, I cant go on youtube, cant play nba 2k16 onine or even have real vc cause I cant connect to the servers, cant play gta v online or get my last saves. Cant download apps or any s---.

When I went on the "share something to xbox live" s---, this s--- popped up:

"Something went wrong, please give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering 0x8000ffff at xbox/errorhelp so we can investigate".

I filled that code in and it said "the code 8000ffff shows that you have logged in on xbox live on xbox 360".

wtf does this mean? can someone help me unerstand?? I got rid of my xbox 360 a long time ago and I used to be able to play online on the xbox one untill like a month ago.

and the fuckbois at microsoft doesnt even help me understand s---
