Feb 16, 2016 I feel there's a few reasons why... People were saying his tweets years ago were like bad/polarising to say, in a famous persons position. So maybe he hired people to suggest more PC tweets so he got less s--- for his tweets. Or, he's legit a perfectionist with mental health problems and he literally does first drafts before his tweets. Or, he's aware there's a bit of a s--- storm with Amber/Taylor/himself brewing and he didn't know what to say so gave his phone to Kim who typed up the "first draft" tweet, handed the phone back and Kanye pressed the send/post button while grabbing it.
