Feb 18, 2016 My main team I follow is my Australian rules football team (not rugby c----) which is Collingwood and I'm a pretty d--- diehard fan of them. Have a season ticket for home and away games and even speak quite regularly with the leader of their controversial cheer squad plus have quite a fair bit of memorabilia and merchandise. I also follow Brooklyn Nets and LA Kings in NBA and NHL respectively as they both basically share the same colours as collingwood (black and white) but I'd classify myself as a casual to just above casual fan. It's a bit annoying to keep up when you're in a different country and cbf payin for league passes etc for both What about you? I've gotten the impression there's a few diehard fans here with their sports. Are there any crazy obsessrd fans here willing to admit it?
Feb 18, 2016 I'd say I'm a pretty die hard fan of all 3 teams I follow, the Wild, Lakers and Vikings. I don't live near any of those teams but still will be going to 1 Wild game this year and already went to a Vikings game earlier. 2 Lakers games so far this year and also spent almost a grand to see Kobe's last game in April. I also watch 90% of these teams' games if not more and follow them pretty much on the daily. Sports is definitely one of my top interests.
Feb 18, 2016 How is Goffa in real life? And to answer the thread I'm very much a die hard Adelaide Crows fan. Been so for just over a decade now but only just became a member for the first time. You know you're a die hard fan when you feel the pain alongside the team when the chips are down and when you feel jubilation when your team succeeds. I'm a big fan of the Orlando Magic as well in the NBA but my interest in the 'A as waned over the years. Footy > everything for me.
Feb 18, 2016 Joff's a ripper bloke. Doesn't drink and works for a place(s) that helps with alcohol and drug abuse victims I'm pretty sure. Talk to him probably once a month I've got his number. I met him through dad cos of dads work in the media etc. Plus dad used to do a fair bit of work for collingwood which was great for me
Feb 18, 2016 i'm a pretty hardcore minnesota vikings fan. i even got their logo shaved into the back of my head (with the team colors) by my barber a few years ago. i also have a decent amount of memorbilla. its my passion!
Feb 18, 2016 Winnipeg jets all day! Can barley afford to go to a game a seaon, let alone season tix. But still follow the organization from top down.
Feb 18, 2016 Haven't missed a Heat game in 5 years or a Raiders game in like 10 years. Those are the two pretty much.
Feb 18, 2016 Huge fan of Ajax but never fight fans of other rival teams or something thats pathetic. I do feel s-----y if they lose for the rest of the day but the day after I think about the next game.
Feb 18, 2016 Diehard fan of my teams: Chargers, Padres, Lakers. I used to go to about 20 Padres games and 5 Charger games a year when I lived in SD but now that I live in LA county and can't go to that many games anymore...I still watch every Charger game and about 80% of Padre and Laker games on tv though.
Feb 19, 2016 Pretty diehard fan of the Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Bills. I get to a few live Sabres games each season and I watch almost every game I'm not at. I don't get to as many Bills games, I'd say about 1 every two seasons. But I've watched every Bills game for at least the last 15 years.
Feb 19, 2016 Port Adelaide and Chelsea FC are my two big teams. I would say I'm more of a Port supporter, I'm probably the worse person to be around when watching the Footy, I'm not that vocal. although I swear at players a lot of the time , but I will shut everyone off who's around me, I won't talk to anyone until we're 50 points up with 1 minute to go. I go to a few games a year, it's hard to go to every game on the weekends when there's other stuff to commit to.
Feb 25, 2016 Idk if it makes me a diehard fan or just a f---ing idiot, but this will be the third year in a row I buy Lions season tickets. Even after a 7-9 season
Feb 25, 2016 My 3 teams are Niners, Bucks, and Brewers I'm more of a casual Bucks and Brewers fan but I'd consider myself a pretty diehard 49ers fan. Don't have any tattoos or anything but tons of memorabilia and a full 49ers man cave painted team colors my memorabilia hanging up and where I watch every single game. Pay hundreds $$$ every year for the sunday ticket because I only get Packer games and I refuse to watch my team, even during one of the worst season, on my PC or relay on a website stream. Routinely hang up my flag out front of my garage every gameday and if I have to work during gameday the game gets DVRed and everyone at work knows to not mention the score to me, avoid my phone and social media and I come home and watch it like it was live to me. The company I work for is possibly building a new facility out west close to Santa Clara. I'm not moving my family out there because everything we know is right here in Wisconsin but it's pretty sad and shameful to admit that when the company told us the very first thing that came to my mind was "I could get season tickets to 49ers games" lol
Feb 25, 2016 I will bleed Eagle green til I die.....also am a diehard Miami Heat fan....we almost beat GS last night f---ing curry
