According to the video in OP, the overall plan will save taxpayers $85 million a year. The pros of shutting down Gitmo by far outweigh the cons of keeping the place open.
There's already terrorists in the Supermax prisons in the U.S. They've been held in these prisons for many years now and our national security has not been compromised because of it; take your selective outrage elsewhere.
