I'd give it a 8. He've done a lot. Saved the auto industry. Got Bin Laden (somthing Bush couldn't do) and lot of other stuff. However his problem was when he got into office he had to fix the absolute mess bush left America in the 8 years he was f---ing the place up. Not to mention a whole h--- of a lot more would have gotten done if the republicans would have f---ing cooperated. And let me seriously for a moment, if Obama was a white man, they wouldn't hate him as much as they do. And the same thing will happen if Hillary wins.
Also he let gays have right like marriage and stuff so he was a great president
