Apr 6, 2016 Jay's part was great for what it was. "I can not be got and that's a given" then poof he's gone.
Apr 6, 2016 its a good project, i never said other wise. i thought it was great when it dropped tho, and i was wrong. its bloated and pretty bland in parts get all the way the f--- out
Apr 6, 2016 Completely different sound than what Drake did before. Idk why people think its average/bad lol
Apr 6, 2016 Definitely a little bloated. It would've flowed great if he cut 6 God, Wednesday Night Interlude (even though it's amazing), and Used To.
Apr 6, 2016 I like IYRT, but I can't see myself listening to it again top down. I just get exhausted by the end because the project is so one tone. There is greatness within it, but cutting it down to a 9-10 track EP would have done the project wonders. A lot of the tape sounds like it came from the same creative space, and not in a good, cohesive type of way. It just sounds like he made like 6-7 of the same songs, trying to flesh out a sound that imo he got right on NWTS (Started, Worst Behaviour). Where the album is great is in all the spots @Poohdini listed. It kind of fades in to just noise for the rest of it though. It's a good project, but I think we all know Drake has more in him. 16 of his throwaways over the past 3 years would make for a better project than IYRT. That said Take Care and NWTS are the best albums of all time and Drake is the most powerful recording artist in the history of music, and the most greatest of all time artist on any creative medium since the renaissance era which spanned the period roughly from the 14th to the 17th century. And u guys are stupid if u disagree lol fk--- losers
