    I use it daily, but tbh not for anything that important:

    - vibrating alarms on watch >>> alarms buzzing on my phone (I use alarms a lot)
    - seeing your daily schedule at a glance (I use it a lot more now that I have the phone, the home screen can show your next upcoming item)
    - the exercise tracking is cool, it's nice to see how often I hit my move/exercise/stand goals. but also I don't wear it to the gym cuz I don't want to get it sweaty so it's not really accurate
    - pinging your phone when you can't find it
    - (most useful: ) notifications are great, you can swipe away/delete/clear all your notis as they come in without having to check your phone. great for emails especially

    i'm still kinda blown away that they do real-time demos when it comes to voice recognition. seems ballsy, considering the feedback, outside noise, etc when in the auditorium.

    single sign-on for apple tv... no longer need to sign into each of your network apps individually. just do it once. that's pretty solid.
