Jun 3, 2016 nah man!! I enjoy them a lot!! I bump all those tracks every now and then. But that can't be compared to someone like Thug who lives and breathes authenticity and originality, and does so effortlessly, and constantly
Jun 3, 2016 Hey but this withus boomin guy said Travis is a watered down young thug and the more you think about it, the less it makes sense They really have close to nothing in common
Jun 3, 2016 I never said he was a "white washed thug" lol I just asked u what made him more than that for u
Jun 3, 2016 Yeah that's why his first projects sounded like lil wayne more than desiigner sounds like future
Jun 3, 2016 Nah if this was he first time I'd still say thugs voice sounds kinda flat...not a fan of how they handled that
Jun 3, 2016 if u'd kindly go back and read I said that in the context of playing music for "Reel Hiphop" fans. he absolutely does have a similar style to young thug in a great deal of his music, while also being more palatable to the aforementioned crowd due to his ties with kanye, pop songs like antidote, and fame. in this sense he is white washed. perhaps should have been clearer.
Jun 3, 2016 exactly those tracks listed. Dark/wavy/atmostpheric production, unique and addictive vocals, central themes of the songs(those and Apple Pie, Pray 4 Love, Never Catch Me etc.) and just the overall ambience he brings.
Jun 3, 2016 That's ridiculous, you're saying he's bad because his brand of trap is debatably more accessible than Thugs?
