In my best Chris Tucker impression.

Did Views fail, meet, or exceed your expectations?

Definitely exceeded mine. Going into my 1st listen I thought it would be really good but wasn't sure how it would stack up with Take Care & Nothing Was The Same. To me the length won't be an issue, there's more than enough great material on here to hold up in the long run. It's very rare that an artist delivers on sky high expectations but Drake did just that.

the cohesion by itself is something to talk about

obviously wasnt sure what to expect going in since we barely heard much besides a few leaks but I like how the whole album has ONE sound. all the tracks feel like a family :beaut:

for me and my n----s that got take care as their #1, views should have definitely been a treat

Couldn't imagine waiting two years for what's supposed to be your favorite rapper's magnum opus and getting this instead

It's what I expected. And I didn't expect much. So yeah. It met my expectations just fine.

Even more impressive considering it's 20 tracks.
Well for a majority TC was that up until this point, how could people not be excited about getting an extension of it in 2016?

I expected it to fall short of expectations, but I didn't expect it to be this boring.

it is cohesively boring imo. Drake's flow is monotone.

Exceeded mine in some departments, but didn't in others. Still a solid 8.5/10 to me. Probably my favorite Drake project so far.

    Some tracks are definite growers.

It definitely met my expectations. Going into the album I knew it would be great and an experience worth listening too.

Love how the album has one sound throughout like Jet mentioned. That impressed me.

for sure. he definitely forced a few songs on here that couldve been left out. pop style is tolerable now but it doesnt really fit.

the IYRT-esque tracks arent very good and also dont work too well. i feel like everyone loved IYRT so he decided to throw on joints like hype, pop style & grammys but the production isnt really alll that on any of those three. they wouldnt be top 5 on IYRT.

I've always liked Pop Style but wouldn't have been upset if it wasn't on here. Disagree about the production not being all that on Hype though. I think the song in general is a standout, even if it doesn't completely mesh with the rest.

    Updated Controlla is f---ing gold.

Grammys would've fit in nicely on WATTBA. Think that will be a grower, Drake was really nice and Future's verse is wild. Poor Kenny.

Since Take Care is the album that sold me fully on Drake as an artist, this album met my expectations. It hit so many right notes for me. Feels like it was tailor made for TC fans.

Need me spins but initial opinion is that it's not his best project. Falls way short of the hype it got. Again need more listens. IYRT was more enjoyable on first listen.
