Now that I've looked at the list of albums per year in the top 10 that WPG posted I'm pretty confident these are right:
    MBDTF
    The Blueprint
    Supreme Clientele
    Madvillainy
    Tha Tour

But there's also an album from 2006 which is probably either King or Food & Liquor...or actually maybe Donuts to throw us for a loop but I'm not sure if that counts since it's an instrumental album.

@WPG what are your thoughts on this song?
I thought you would've picked Lord WIllin over h--- hath no fury, purely cause of this song. (then again, I could just be over rating it hard because malice's verse on this is like one of my favorite verses of all time.)

Was Acid Rap on the list of the 80ish projects that were considered? Either way what are your thoughts on it? @WPG

I also recommend the one right after that Reloaded. It'll make you further appreciate his capacity as a rapper along with some gritty & funky production from Roc himself, Q-Tip and Alchemist had some credits there I think. Both Reloaded & Marcberg are some of the best things to come out of NY in recent memory.

I didn't scribble Acid Rap on the legal pad because I knew I'd end up cutting it. But it's really good--it's not a great record per se but a great resume for him as a rapper. I've come to doubt he'll ever top it but you never know.

If MMLP or TES aren't on this list it'd be kinda hard to take this list seriously imo... and mbdtf but I'm assuming it will be

    cool list

i really enjoy that scarface album. my favorite song is that one with kelly price, but it's great from start to finish. and like you said, he made it late in his career, which is impressive because rappers don't get better with age.

I still liked it even though it wasn't as well-received as his preceding works. Unlike the former two it's feature heavy and in some cases he does sound less interesting than some of guests on the tracks but if you loved his production you'll love it even more on Marci Beaucoup.

I just can't see the argument for mmlp not being one of the top 20 albums of the 2000's... I know marshall has fallen off since but d---, he deserves some respect lol

it's his best album and undoubtedly one of the best albums of 2000's. rapping can naturally to eminem and on MMLP he outperformed many of the rappers that WPG has already named on his list. i mean s--- i love the fix by scarface, but sorry, its not better than MMLP.

not only that, but i'd bet money that the vast majority of people who made a list like this would have MMLP on it, even if they didn't have it ranked that high.
