    I've never had a girlfriend because I was never the social butterfly and I didn't have much confidence in high school. Now I'm in college, I feel ready to start searching. How did you guys find/get girlfriends? I was thinking about using Tinder but idk if its used more than just for hookups

    don't use tinder. the vast majority of the girls are not responsive. i've been on tinder for a couple of years and have only met 2 girls. i also find it amazing that tinder is full of attractive women and somehow none of them have boyfriends. that makes absolutely no sense because attractive women aren't going to have any trouble finding a date/BF

    my advice is to just approach them in real life and keep doing it until once digs you

    I spent this morning scrolling through tinder while the girl I f----- last night from bumble was putting her face on. This is the future.

    Just be confident and talk with lot's of girls on a regular basis. It's a lot easier in college too.

    Tinder's kinda dead these days though.

    Just f--- a round for a bit.... if you have never had a real girlfriend, you want to get your numbers up. Run through a few bad ones before you start thinking about settling down.

    Just don't put any pressure on yourself. Be calm and confident and don't put any expectations on these meetings. You want to lay some ground work before you get serious...

    I'm almost 30 and I love my girl, but some of my favorite memories... were just enjoying life when I was young and in college.

    Be confident. I would say start talking to many girls, help gain confidence. Just be yourself. Confidence is key.

    It is bro, you just can't think that every girl you meet is gonna pounce. Women love confident men, if you show that, you will at least have a chance.

    I talk alot, and don't care about looking like an idiot. I'm okay f---ing up ... and practice makes perfect, if you get shot down... its a learning experience... build on that.

    maybe for you, but for the majority of guys its not. because if it was "easy", then they'd be getting laid. and as i said, most single guys don't get laid.

    plus women are much, much more selective in mate choice than guys are. and any woman who is attractive obviously has lots of options (other guys interested) so many of the guys won't get a shot with her.
