May 2, 2016My belief is that if something scares you, you should walk right up to it and whisper "your a s--- c----" in its ear, usually after that you wont be scared of it.
(unfortunately needles and gravity do not have ears for me to whisper into though)

Play the what's the worst that could happen game. Say you're nervous about work, what's the worst thing that could happen? You get fired? So what, you're still alive. You'll help put things in perspective and a light bulb will go off in your head. Once you realize you don't give a f---, nothing can make you anxious.
But if you're having anxiety when it isn't warranted I'd suggest going to a doctor.boyz n the suburbs, Guma, mow and 5 others like this. -

Do any of you guys ever feel anxious and nervous whenever it comes to doing or trying something you've never done before or going to a place that you've never been to before, a new experience, especially if you don't have any clue about what to expect? I always feel this way whenever so and I really hate it, even though that I know when it's over or within time, that feeling will fade away and it's going to be just another normal thing to me.
It's like an unnecessary negative feeling that naturally comes to me whenever so. Really hate it, because it messes my mental state up to the point where it even spoils my day.
How can you eliminate or overcome such a thing?Nelly05, fluffy rabbits, Guma and 2 others like this.(This ad goes away when signing up)
