May 9, 2016 For sure, it's much more subtle than any other Radiohead album. There's a lot to unpack here in the instrumentation and lyrics which seem to be really inspired by Thom's divorce. Like it makes so much sense that they couldn't get True Love Waits onto a record until now with that in mind.

May 9, 2016 I saw everyone bash it on facebook. People loved to rip on them, but I love them. They live for their art and it shows. Probably my favorite Radiohead album since In Rainbows/Or h---...maybe Kid A.
May 9, 2016 I wasn't in love with Burn the Witch on first listen but it's definitely grown on me since then.
May 9, 2016 In general I feel like this album is gonna be a huge grower for people. For a Radiohead album it shows a lot of restraint, like there isn't that many songs here that have bombastic moments (the closest to bombast we have is Burn the Witch). Overall it's a really dire and depressing fair that works incredibly well.

May 9, 2016 For some reason, even though hip-hop is my favorite genre, and i listen to it the most (Looking at you Kdot), this is the kind of music that gives me chills and makes me emotional. Sometimes simplicity warrants the best connection.
