Jun 6, 2016 Well I mean Herb is experimenting and trying new things. You might not like his style but there's really no one out there rapping like Herb right now. Em's spent the last six years of his career regressing and desperately trying to convince us that it's still 2001
Jun 6, 2016 Snoop at least tried something different on his last album. Whether you like it or not is irrelevant, Bush sounds nothing like Doggystyle, Tha Last Meal, Tha Blue Carpet Treatment, etc. Em basically has the same formula for each album: 1. "Hey look I'm edgy" 2. Lyrical song with no topic 3. The song that exists just because he needs a single 4. Bitching about his childhood and/or family Sometimes he'll slightly divert from the aforementioned formula, but not by much. He's stuck trying to recreate his first three albums, but it just comes off as forced and sad.
Jun 6, 2016 snoops cross genre s--- blew me away, had no idea he was that versatile. Bush is one of the best albums i've heard from him and reincarnated was solid too.
Jun 6, 2016 It's a well known fact that Eminem has been mediocre since recovery and I'm sure he knows how the fans think. This may be his chance to try to just take things slow and make music that people will enjoy. I know he can still make good music. It's just like koolo said, a lot of it sounds forced . He needs the right producers behind him and I'm sure he can make a good album
Jun 6, 2016 idk what so yikes about it lol.. ask the majority of eminem fans and theyll say recovery was his best album after the hiatus. I know you like relapse more than recovery but im going off the popular consensus
Jun 6, 2016 Except from "Deja vu" I want an album full of that kind of songs : storytelling and surprising ambiences
