Big news today as Drake's ‘One Dance’ surpasses Rihanna’s ‘Umbrella’ to become the longest running No.1 single of the
digital age.‘One Dance’ has now spent 11 consecutive weeks at No.1, selling well over one million copies, making it the joint fifth longest running number one in the history of the UK singles chart.
In Drake’s 11-week run, he has sold a massive 1,082,545 copies. That’s more in 11 weeks than Rihanna has sold in nine years. It’s been a good year for Aubrey Drake Graham.
A single from Drake’s latest album Views, ‘One Dance’ was one of the highlights from the massive, 20-song LP. Other standout tracks from the album included ‘Controlla’, ‘Feel No Ways’, ‘Weston Road Flows’ and ‘With You' (Ft. PARTYNEXTDOOR).
