Jun 28, 2016 The masterminds and leaders of Al Qaeda and ISIS are smart millitary geniuses and probably not even religious tbh
Jun 28, 2016 Ofc petty s--- like that isn't religious, im saying that islam as an ideology is a problem. Who are you to say that though. If something is ambiguous then how can YOU be absolutely sure which one is the intended interpretation. Are you muslim? Have you read the dozens of verses that call for the death of non-believers? How about the verses that say women are worth less than men, or that homosexuality is a sin punishable by death. The orlando shooting is the perfect example of how both sides of the spectrum operate. There is equally as much hate, but how they act on it is clearly different. Im not saying christianity is good either, they are equally bs. But christianity in the modern era seems alot more tolerable.
Jun 28, 2016 Then what do you propose are their intentions? Even so, Islam is being used to control the minds of certain individuals. And it is d--- well working. Id say actually reading the bible would make you alot less inclined to k--- someone than the quran.
Jun 28, 2016 Also Muhammad was basically the prime example of a terrorist. He conquered the areas around him via Sword. he did behead, he did k---, he did beat his wife, he executed non believers. Who is closer to emulating Muhammad? The "moderate" interpretation of Islam or the extremists?
Jun 28, 2016 All the abrahamic religions and books are violent and homophobic. Christiany used to be just as bad if not worse but Europe developed rapidly (thanks to imperialism and colonisation) and science took over religion. The Middle East during this century and the last has always been war torn from western wars and policies. War torn nations will always be less 'civilised'. Go to some war torn Christian African country and tell me you feel safe There was a time when it was the Islamic world leading through science and art and the christian world was burning witches Times always change. Islam and Christianity and Judaism are pretty much the same thing. It's not the ideology of islam that's the problem it's the constant wars and turmoil and poverty and new-age imperialism of building puppet governments. This is what's causing ISIS and such movements. The Middle East could be inhabited by people worshiping big black double ended dildos instead of Muslims and you'd still have the same problem. It's not their belief in big black double ended dildos that's causing turmoil it's the constant wars and pillaging.
Jun 28, 2016 White Nationalism is always going to exist in majority white countries. Usually national figures have enough shame and empathy to not exploit these feelings. Trump doesn't.
Jun 28, 2016 I think it's a lot less political than you claim it to be. This seems to be the Islamic crusade, the only thing is that the jihadists are simply inferior to the might of the west. There is the narrative of oppression that contributes to the outrage but the very basis of this is the revolution of ISLAM. The crusades were d--- well greedy and political, but the soilders fought in the name of thier lord god. This is where religion IS the problem. where Islam serves as justification to these people. To them killing westerners is morally right.
Jun 29, 2016 It is politically motivated not religiously. Why aren't they attacking Japan or Mexico? It's just a coincidence that attacks are occurring in NATO countries?
Jun 29, 2016 I think because the narrative is against the western first world. There are muslim terror attacks in africa aswell and the war on terror is currently being led by a non-nato country. AS far as im aware, japan and mexico had nothing to do with the bombing of syria. It's the west that the jihadi narrative is strongest against in the people of islam.
Jun 29, 2016 I didn't want to bump this thread but I needed to clarify something quick "wait, I thought systematic racism happened all over the world!!! lmao america" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Institutional_racism This is the most unbiased thing you'll find about institutional racism Find me a single segment of this article where they report cases of systematic opression against inmigrants/muslims in Europe Police brutality, wage gap, jobs, education, etc. Pro tip: There isn't one
Jun 29, 2016 I'm nobody to say that, I just repeat what people that actually studied the Qur'an say Here is a letter 120 Muslim scholars and leaders sent to the leader of the Islamic state. http://www.lettertobaghdadi.com
Jun 29, 2016 Jesus Christ this thread got hijacked af. The first page is about a surge in racism in the UK after Brexit, after that it's about migrant rapes for 10 pages and now it's about criticism of Islam. @Flacko you might as well change the name of this thread and start a new thread altogether
Jun 29, 2016 Dude, go to a church and a mosque and tell me what looks more violent - hint: the one where the main symbol is a guy covered in blood nailed on a cross
