Jul 5, 2016 My answer to both these posts would be the same: this is all theatre. There's nothing real about the world of rock stardom or w/e. Kanye and Kim are pretty fixated on the white-woman-black-man thing and frequently try to be provocative w/r/t that. I understand thinking that's trite but it's def performative, same with interrupting Taylor Swift. Awards shows aren't real. Remember when it happened how many people thought it was staged? If people think something might be staged, that speaks to how seriously the event should be taken imo
