    This shooting, like Paris, was an act of terrorist. Terrorist, by definition, claim allegiance to any causes they're tied to. The Paris shooters pledged allegiance to ISIS. This shooter said he was acting on his own.

    Its not just that, its painting all cops as evil and people are buying into it leading to this. Its one thing reporting a murder, but its another thing pushing hate towards an entire group or organization. Why does a cop killing a black man automatically scream "evil racist white man" and not poorly trained idiot police officer?

    well the "poorly trained idiot police officer" is being trained by, or at least is following the procedure of, implicitly racist institutions.

    and the lack of reform/progress is causing situations to escalate, attracting crazier voices.

    One guy who goes out and kills 5 officers at a police protest doesn't represent the vast majority of people there, but the handful of cops who make poor decisions in an instant each year represent every cop. Makes sense.

    You can't say they're following racist procedure when there is a large amount of minority police officers. The reporting is just creating anxiety for cops and black people. Tell me what will just screaming racist accomplish? So far its just dividing us further.

    Im on mobile so i cant link it, but theres a video of about 20-30 minority police officers claiming that they face harsher consiquences for not meeting arrest quotas than white cops.

    I agree that the BLM unfairly paints all police officers as the enemy, but there is no doubt that what CA said has truth to it.
