We should start a section 80 insurance company. If you're a s-----y poster you have a higher deductible. It will make bad posters better and save lives.

It's so f----- man. I went for 3 months prior to surgery last summer and I used to do 20 dollar copays and my dads insurance would cover the rest. At the time it was owned by the main therapist and his wife, they had 2 places all together. During my last couple of weeks there they were changing names or some s--- and giving out free shirts. I went back this February after surgery and my dad and I couldn't find them in the main therapist in the network, only his wife. Anyways, they tell my dad that they work with his insurance all the time, and that they'll bill the insurance and then the insurance company will send us checks, no co pay, no nothing. A few weeks pass and we don't get any checks from the insurance or anything. My dad calls the insurance and speaks with the PT place and basically what happened was that the owner of the two places sold them to a chain PT place that has locations all over the county. b------s went out of network but the b---- at the front desk told my dad that it would still work. I feel bad cause I shoulda just looked for something in network but I felt comfortable going there since I'd gone there pre-surgery. I told my dad if anything I'd take on the bill since I'm a student and don't make a steady income yet so I'm sure they'd do payment plans for me, but he doesn't want me taking on more debt on top of my student loans so he's trying to make them bill it in his name :wow2:

I get really sore in the inside of both my elbows sometimes. It's from working out. I'm not sure exactly where your pain is, but elbow pain is usually tendon/joint/nerve issue which I wouldn't think calcium would contribute to...but obviously I'm not a doctor

My place was out of network but told me that immediately. They said they'd just bill my insurance for the visits and take whatever money they could get from them and I just had to pay the copay of $25 every time I went in . The place you went to are a bunch of scum bags it sounds like. Most of my visits were billed aroun $400. If I were you I'd take a baseball bat to every one of their knees so they need physical therapy

Don't go to a doctor. They're just going to give you a shot of cortisone which will mask the pain and set you up to damage it more, or send you to a specialist. Look up a physical therapist in the area. They can check you out and let you know exactly what the deal is. I f----- up a nerve in my elbow over the winter and started losing strength in my left hand and has numbness in two of my fingers, could barely grip a barbell. Went to my regular doctor who said to stop working out for two weeks and then get a cortisone shot if it didn't feel better. After two weeks I went to a physical therapist and they knew what was wrong immediately and I had to go three times a week for a few months but they fixed it and I was still able to work out. They also showed me what I was doing wrong to prevent it again
