    How'd you get away with this for half an hour? Me Against the World is a 9/10 on it's worst day. All Eyez on Me & 7 Day Theory are easy 8/10 as well.

    Complete bs. It's a double album with some filler but the majority of the songs are timeless 10/10 classics.

    I don't think anyone would argue that AEOM has some filler, but it also has a handful of some of the most iconic rap songs ever recorded. It's highs more than outweigh the unnecessary songs

    The problem isn't the album, it's the person. The person has a s-----y way of defining "classic". A true classic is timeless. Nowadays, every f---ing thing is considered a classic. "Classic" is not a term to be used loosely. Some albums are just good or great, but not classic.

    Ugh it's basically only Jet and 1 other guy so far and it's the usual 'AEOM has filler' talk or 'Pac's overrated', nothing new.

    Any album with almost 30 songs is gonna have songs people skip over, don't know what they expect.

    On topic though if you're talking about general consensus I don't think there's any albums that were considered classic for a long time that aren't considered at least 'good' today. I personally think a lot less of eminem's 'classic' albums than I used to, but that's just me. Him saying stuff just to try to offend you and those kinda ideas just seem childish and played out when I go back and listen now, but I still like some of the great songs he has on there.

    To say it's not classic is one thing, but to say it's not even good?
    There's definitely some filler, but it's highs are so great. Definitely at least a 'good' album.

    It was bait. I can't think of any right now though. Regarding OP, I think over time, some of these albums that we used to call classics lose reply value and people start to really see it for what it is. That's why some albums aren't regarded as classics anymore.
