Eminem Did 50 Cent k--- Eminem's career?

    Eminem was in his prime around the time he signed 50 Cent.. he stopped caring so much about his music and saw 50 taking over the game. Did Em feel threatened by this? Is that why he tried to mimic him by wearing du rags and tried to be appeal to 50's base? If he hadn't done that he might of stayed true to his style. I think when 50 blew up Eminem felt like he had to try to keep up with him and it ended up pressuring him and he got on drugs and made Encore. He even replaced Proof as Em's best friend and Proof was the one who drove Eminem to greatness but instead he blew him off for 50 Cent which led to Proof being killed. Without 50 Cent Eminem would of never fell off imo.

    Doubt trying to keep up with 50 was the reason for heavy drugs, encore was released a year before GRODT
    Also this makes zero sense, just because 50 and Em became friends in no way did it lead to Proof's death

    you might wanna check your fact on encore being released a year before GRODT.. you're way off. if em didn't blow proof off for 50 then he might of been hanging with em that night but instead he was in some run down bar cause em wouldn't give him money to go to a higher class place. so yes i do put a lot of blame on Em and 50.

    why was Proof at that bar then and not Em's house? Cause they fell out when Em buddied up with 50 and didn't give a f--- about his real best friend. Thats probably why Proof was drinking in the first place.

    in a sense yes, he could of prevented it if anything. i would never let my best friend get shot thats for sure.

    Well technically JMG is right, but because of butterfly effects. 50 probably didnt directly cause it, but if Em didnt sign him, everything mightve been different. Thats just scientifically speaking tho, which makes this kinda arbitrary
