Yeah I would too, just depends what your criteria is I guess.

Being a freak type athlete with elite skills is what I'd consider. Guys like MJ, Bron, Bo Jackon, Deion Sanders etc. All Bolt can do is run, mostly straight, really really fast. Not trying to hate on him because he's arguably the GOAT at his sport, but to me the best athlete of all time has to be more skilled than that.

I sprinted in high school. While I'm no Usain Bolt, it really doesn't take that much technique. The hardest part is getting a good jump off of the starting blocks. You're not going to fall over when you've already established a pace though lol. And corners are not that difficult, it's not like you're struggling to stay in your lane

Usain bolt broke all of his records while easing up to celebrate before the race even finished.
His 200M record is 19.19, which is about 2*9.6
The 100m record is 9.58.......Meaning he practically cruised at a record breaking 100m speed for twice the distance, and he still hasn't run at his full potential. He's old now so he wont be re-breaking the records, but he was pretty phenomenal.

Definitely the fastest man in the world.

I don't know, it's hard to compare athletes in different sports. Not sure how many would agree with my but I'd have LeBron up there, he's a freak of nature. With his height and being that fast and strong.. it's unfair.
