Sep 22, 2016 In the NC incident, which this thread is about, they're saying that a gun was pulled on Officers with other eyewitness accounts that say that's what happened as well. If that's the truth then yes he did deserve to be shot. Again, everyone overreacts to these situations before getting all the information. It could've been a gun that he pointed at the cops and it could've been a book, until all the info gets released the arguments don't help. The Tulsa one looks f----- up though from the info we have so far
Sep 22, 2016 nice one but democrats are the historically racist party take a look at who created and funded the KKK it was democrats
Sep 22, 2016 like i said, whether it was an actual gun or if he was reaching for a book is irrelevant, when you're ordered by a cop to stop what you're doing and let them see your hands, if you make any sudden movements, especially lunging or grabbing for something, it's justified. the police shouldn't have to, and really shouldn't be expected to, wait to be shot before returning fire.
Sep 22, 2016 Why do they have to s---t to k--- though? They needed info from the bomber Saturday so the6 took him alive no problem after he was in a fire fight with police. Somebody has to hold these coward a--- cops responsible.
Sep 22, 2016 Uh no? That's not at all what I said, anyways just click the link I posted if you want to know the story from the police's point of view, I was just trying to tell you what that was but apparently I failed.
Sep 22, 2016 Kinda amazes me people still don't have the most basic form of common sense when it comes to police and that is don't reach for a gun or pretend to reach for a gun. No I'm not saying you deserve to die if you do this, but seriously what do you expect if you do do this? The very first time I got pulled over, the cop took like 5 minutes waiting in his car to come up to me so I was an idiot at the time and jumped out of the car and was going up to his window, the car smelled like weed so I thought maybe I could avoid having him come to my car (beyond stupid I know.) So you know what the cop says to me as he sees me coming up? 'Stop right there and get your hands up' then when I did, he told me to go back to the car and said 'I almost shot you.' I'm white by the way and could have almost got shot cuz the officer felt I was coming up to him and he didn't know if I had a gun or anything, if I didn't put my hands up and stop moving towards the vehicle, I probably woulda been shot. This isn't a race thing, it's common f---in sense and I was an idiot that day. Also if you feel police specifically target blacks more than whites then wouldn't it be smart to be even more careful in those situations then?
Sep 22, 2016 Yes but what you are doing here is blame a person who gets shot instead of question why policemen in US are so fast to pull the trigger. I have police in my country also you know? And if I did what u say, no, they wouldnt almost s---t me, it wouldnt even cross our minds.
Sep 22, 2016 Yeah well America is different and unfortunately policemen getting shot isn't out of the question so they have to have that in mind if someone's disobeying them and reaching in their pockets or something. I agree that in some cases police need to have more restraint though.
Sep 22, 2016 But once again nobody reached for anything. So that must be factored in. His constitutional rights were violated.
Sep 22, 2016 Just because a cop tells you to stop does not mean you should be killed. Half the people on here arre saying he pointed the gun and half are saying he went to reach for one.
Sep 22, 2016 I really don't understand why people like you who make up their mind before they even look into something bother coming into discussions at all. If you had taken 12 seconds to read the thread, or the link @Kon posted you'd see the very second paragraph on the page (which is where we lost you, I'm guessing) says that by the officer's account he was refusing to follow orders and reached into the open window of his car.
Sep 22, 2016 The society's mindstate has to be very tamed and full of fear when someone gets shot for just not obeying a policeman and people think it's a natural thing and the dead one deserved it. Pretty f----- up guys.
Sep 22, 2016 13 videos from the riots here. http://www.dailywire.com/news/9380/..._content=062316-news&utm_campaign=benshapiro#
Sep 22, 2016 No actually youre being ignorant because the guy in Tulsa was supposedly on PCP and the guy in NC supposedly had a gun and you're sitting here combining the two stories.
Sep 22, 2016 the issue is that police often lie in their statements & with evidence, we have to take them at their word because they are the law. It's why footage would be nice to have but then the body cams tend to "fall off" for some reason.
