Sep 22, 2016 You're moving those goal posts again. I didn't say you should be killed if you don't stop when a cop tells you to, I said that if a cop is telling you very clearly to stop, and you are choosing not to, and then you make a reaching motion to an area where a gun could be hidden, it's justified for the police to protect themselves from a potential threat. That doesn't mean he was a bad person or deserves to die, it means the officer was justified if they legitimately thought they were in a life or death situation.
Sep 22, 2016 So which story are your referring to the NC incident or the Tulsa incident cause it sounds like your combining the two?
Sep 22, 2016 'for just not obeying a policeman' well first off that's not why he got shot, that contributed to it but it was mainly cuz he was reaching in his car for a gun. What do you suggest the cops do in this situation though? Continue to tell him to put his hands up and put the gun down? He had already disobeyed over 20 police orders according to the story so why would he have listened at that point?
Sep 22, 2016 the one that was linked (and I just linked to, again, for a second time) and had an account that said "he was on PCP and reached for a gun"
Sep 22, 2016 Yes t Yes that was the account they gave before we saw the video and the window was clearly up and also he had no weapon on him so what exactly was je reaching for thats why i entered the convo
Sep 22, 2016 Well reaching for a gun was clearly a lie when the police chief said they found no weapon in the vehicle. So i dont understand why you're trying to justify that man being killed for that reason.
Sep 22, 2016 "A Charlotte, North Carolina news station says it has confirmed with sources that there is dash camera video that shows Keith Scott getting out of a car and coming at police officers with a gun in his hand," reports Charlotte's KWCH12. Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Chief Kerr Putney told reporters that Scott was only shot after he exited the vehicle holding a gun, refused to drop that gun after police ordered him to do so—a fact Charlotte PD says the testimony of multiple witnesses has confirmed—and was thus justifiably shot as police deemed him to be a threat. They can't just s---t him in the leg at this point, cuz the guy will get even more pissed off then and just start firing at them. If it's true that he had a gun and was walking towards them, then I don't know what they could have done, can't just fire a warning shot or a shot to injure him at that point since the cops lives are on the line. Also not referring to you here Solo but it amazes me that people really think cops WANT to s---t people in these cases, like they really want to throw away the career they've worked their whole life for just to k--- someone? Come on, some of these cops can never be cops again after these situations cuz the media blows their picture up all over the place and they'd be in danger, like Darren Wilson for example.
Sep 22, 2016 You can refer to me because I do think a lot of these cops want to k--- these guys. I paid any attention to the NC shooting but as far as the Tulsa shooting goes do you really think that dumb b---- needed to k--- the man?
Sep 22, 2016 They're trained to s---t to k---. They aim for center mass. It's not as easy as it looks to s---t somebody in the leg or hand to disable them, plus if they did that they risk missing and hitting civilians or other cops Btw Officer in Tulsa shooting charged with manslaughter https://www.yahoo.com/news/tulsa-police-officer-charged-mans-death-203750472.html
Sep 22, 2016 Maybe it's because women just seem more innocent by default but I feel bad for her. Doesn't excuse her stupidity though. Can't be that careless when you're a cop.
Sep 22, 2016 Ehhhh I love you bro but these f---ing cops are picking and choosing who they're using their "training" with. A terrorist who is shooting at cops is taken in with no problems because he might have a lot of valuable information. Some regular Joe on the streets with nothing to offer.... f--- it let's just k--- his a---.
Sep 22, 2016 Well yeah if they can get a terrorist to talk and potentially capture more terrorists, obviously they're gonna try to keep him alive to get that information from him.
Sep 22, 2016 That shooting happened 20 minutes from me. Cops shot him, he just got lucky they missed vital organs and he didn't bleed out. Unless they're a few feet away from and blow someones head off it's hard to aim and some people get lucky. He was running when they shot him it wasn't like they yelled "hey terrorist, pose I'm gonna s---t you in an area that won't k--- you" s---, look at 50, 9 shots and survived. It matters where you get hit. I agree that there's some s-----y cops who have that attitude and were probably picked on as kids and this is their way to be the bully, but I don't think it's the majority of cops waking up trying to s---t a black guy
Sep 22, 2016 I get this, but it's f---ing disgusting that you'd try keep a terrorist alive, but s---t to k--- at your own country men for breaking the law
Sep 22, 2016 there's no such thing as shooting to keep someone alive lol...it's called luck that the bullet didn't rip through an artery or vital organ...if you think they weren't trying to put a bullet in that p-----s head in Jersey you're nuts
