Aug 26, 2015 Do you think it should be legal or illegal? It became legal in 1973 and I agree with it. I was having this discussion with my friends who are pretty ignorant about it. They are religious and act like assholes about their religion trying to shove it down other people's throats. Just curious to what other people think

I was wrong to say "abortion is for p-----s". it's insensitive annd incorrect and to be fully honest I don't know why I said it. I've been surrounded by people who use the stupidest reasons for abortion (got pregnant cuz condoms are uncomfortable) which resulted in me formulating this harsh opinion. it's not right to judge when we don't know the situation. not the greatest at getting my thoughts out there. so yeah you can pretty much ignore a majority of the stupid or nonsensical s--- I said in this thread.
Aug 26, 2015 It should definitely be legal. I respect someone's decision for choosing not to raise a child rather than raise it poorly and most likely create another piece of s--- criminal roaming the streets.

Aug 26, 2015 lol what a naive approach to such a complex situation. There is a myriad of reasons why abortion is a better and more viable option, aside from cases of r---. Abortion is a personal decision that should not be dictated by anyone but the individual(s) who are involved in making said decision. Abortion shouldn't be a matter of legality because the state/government should not have the power to dictate these type of personal decisions. To suggest otherwise is to support an egregious overstep in power by the hands of the government and federal law. People must always retain full and complete bodily autonomy.

Aug 26, 2015 Its their pregnancy. Its their unborn child. Its their bodies. What they choose to do with their own bodies, babies, etc. is their own concern, not mine. If they chose to abort a baby with down syndrome, i don't give a f--- because it has literally zero bearing on my own experience. Your argument is like saying all drugs should be illegal because some people choose to smoke m---. Its THEIR decision to make at the end of the day, not the government's.
