    I want you all to know I love you all. You're alive you're unique with your own ideas perspectives and contributions to the world. I know the world can be overwhelming sometimes with all the sights and sounds and traffic and people always in a rush you can get lost and ask yourself where you belong. I am here for you consider this my office. Sit down post I'll help you.     Your mind is powerful you really control your reality Buffalo Boy. I can't give you a concrete answer as to how it happens but your thoughts shape your reality. Your thoughts shape your actions thus shaping your reality. Think good and do good be good. You gotta get off the tracks of let's stay in line even if you know its not right at the core.

    I love that I can come here and be connected with so many different backgrounds and lifestyles. We all share common interest from opposite ends of the globe and that's a beautiful thing. Despite whatever time or day it is where you're at we are able to all gather and share ideas and communicate like this

    I'm sorry its so late in the day to start but the goal for today is to pick up 5 pieces of trash.

    We gotta recondition ourselves to see that just because someone else was steered down the wrong way and found it okay to dispose of something on the ground doesn't make it okay. We gotta stand up if we see something we know is wrong let's be proactive and help our community
