    It was kinda crazy it even got to this point. The judge considered a mistral right from the jump because she'd withheld text messages from a convo she submitted as evidence, she was begging him to come over that night. Her friend who she was with that night came forward and said she was in it for the $$, not to mention she filed for damages, not an actual criminal trial lol. Ton of other s--- as well but it doesn't matter anymore.

    LOS ANGELES — A civil jury cleared New York Knicks guard Derrick Rose of all claims in a civil sexual assault lawsuit brought against him by a former girlfriend.

    The eight jurors — six women and two men — deliberated for three hours and 45 minutes before clearing the NBA star of all three sexual battery, battery and trespass claims in the $21.5 million suit.

    Rose kept his eyes down and hugged his attorney after the verdict was read. The accuser kept her head buried in her hands in a prayer position.

    Rose and his two pals, Randall Hampton and Ryan Allen, were accused of breaking into the 30-year-old woman’s apartment and raping her while she was blackout drunk on Aug. 27, 2013. They insist the sex was consensual.

    During closing arguments, Rose’s lawyer Mark Baute called his accuser a “liar” who was only suing for the money.

    “These guys are so far from trespassers and rapists, it’s almost comical,” he said.
