Oct 25, 2016 I want Thug to diss Drake. He is cool with Meek so it could happen in the future. Drake is starting to remind me of 50 when he was on top. Getting too cocky but I think his time will end sooner than you think. Views was trash.
Oct 25, 2016 not responding to Joe doesnt take away any facts Joe blessed us with..."Wake" woulda literally end drake's career if it was spit by someone like Eminem....content still stands
Oct 25, 2016 but how corny is joe budden for trying to revive his career by dissing someone who he idolizes?
Oct 25, 2016 eh...Budden can be bitter but i respect him, i feel he wanted to speak his mind and wasnt looking for attention..if he wanted attention Eminem woulda been the best target
Oct 25, 2016 For the record, N.O.R.E. actually somewhat helps bring legitimacy and respectability to that field of entertainment. I get what you mean by the fact that he somewhat f----- up his legacy since The Raekwon Incident (And h---, maybe even Saigon and Ransom was enough to bring down any formidable emcee's momentum in his illustrious career.), but '06 Budden was a completely different person. Angie made that knife go through him and it made a scarred storyteller out of a Hip-Hop Phenomenon that is The Mood Muzik Mastermind behind this Information Age Introspection Movement that Young Drake, J. Cole, and even Kendrick took bits and pieces from. Mood Muzik 2 solidifies this man as a Dastard :"Digitial Days" Dignitary. 2005 was the beginning of what we call The Era of Commercializing and Sensationalizing The Art of The Digital Download. Mixtapes were a mainstream rage after Mood Muzik 2 and Dedication were released respectively and consecutively between Budden and Wayne. Two n----s who we have to blame for all the new s--- we hear. Whether you like it or not, the first Mood Muzik preceded Jeezy's Trap or Die, which really set s--- off for artists to be able to make a name for themselves, ramifying the street platform and relegating/transcending it to a more crossover hierarchy.
Oct 25, 2016 i've actually gotten head in a snow storm so i feel like this analogy is lost on me. #justCanadianThings
Oct 25, 2016 mannnn this whole paragraph is lost on me, i'ma just take ur word for it and accept that budden was at one time a real one.
Oct 25, 2016 He dissed the biggest artist in the game, of course he wanted attention, he was working/promoting an album. He openly talked about how much he loved Drake on one of the records..again, why should he have taken that beef seriously? He messaged Budden in the middle of it telling him he hoped he got the help he needed lol.
Oct 25, 2016 Tbh, Drake reached his peak with IYARTITL, one of his best projects to date. Everything after has been s---. He's either getting too comfortable or he doesn't care about the craft anymore. Except for 4 PM, that was Dope as h---.
Oct 25, 2016 @Koolo basically I'm trying to say Drake responding to Budden is exactly what Joe wanted, and you don't give somebody who openly admires you the attention they want when the root of it is desperation.
Oct 25, 2016 i think u should read this post back, and then go peep the texts about "the twins" and reflect on life for a minute.
Oct 25, 2016 LOL! LIsten to old Drake songs and you'll notice Budden was the main one Drake was bittng, flow-wise. Even Royce did a little bit of that s---, Post-Bar Exam era.
