    its by the same people who did kingsglaive they made this trailer in partnership with SquareEnix. It's basically called "omen" because it's an Omen of the future, that King Regis was shown by the past kings of lucis (im pre sure?). (The chinese leaker's info is starting to look legit now - he basically said they wanted to advertise the game as a 'happy-fun-adventure open-world' game but at one specific point in the game it would take a very serious turn and as you progress through the game it will get a lot darker). Imo, I think one of your party members will at some point betray you and out themselves as a niff supporter.

    this quote isn't word for word, but i remember when i was looking into ps4k specifics i came across a guy who went to some recent game expo thing, said that FFXV had 3 booths set up, 1 with a 1080p normal PS4, 1 with a 108p tv, PS4K, 1 with a 4k TV, PS4K.

    He said the graphics were insane and they're probably some of if not the best he's ever seen and that the difference looked f---ing unreal between normal PS4 and the 1080p PS4k. I'll see if I can find a 4k screenshot, i think a few are online somewhere

    (Oh and FFXV was like the first game to say it would utilize the PS4k's options to allow extra graphical enhancements)

    They have done FF14 (huge success btw), World of Final Fantasy (Just came out.. If you like old school FF you will love this if you can get past the Kingdom Hearts style kiddy stuff) and numerous mobile games that are much more like what you come to expect from a FF game. 13 is an abomination but they've managed to steer things in the right direction again. We have seen XV now and know exactly what we are getting gameplay wise... it's the story that I'm concerned about. This game is going to be great simply based off the fact that Lightning isn't in it tbh.. Toriyama is the 13 director and he hasn't touched XV at all... Tabata is running the show this time and he seems to understand what went wrong... Guess we will see

    If the game continues like chapter 1 and stays on the "road trip with the homies" vibe then idk
    If it becomes more like Final Fantasy and starts diving into the magic and kingdoms at war etc then yea

    Knowing FF the story will still be decent and have twists, it's just the group makeup that seems awkward
