Actual creatives know they have a lot to learn, and don't "flaunt" it at every moment (whatever that means).
You're right, lots of creative skills can be acquired, but taste is what makes the difference. Taste is a gift. Taste is hard to learn.

Right because someone like Michael Jackson was carefully crafted by the people surrounding him.. Yet he still produced his own work so who's really to credit? There's a reason he stood out from the rest of the Jacksons.. The Baldwin brothers? Lots of families with potential but only one brother shines half the time even though they all have the same opportunities.. Talent is real and grown yes, it just depends on how offended you are by the word "gifted" which seems to be a lot. It's the same thing.
