Nov 8, 2016 Pure speculation and wishful thinking really. MMLP2 (for the most part), Medicine Man, Fine Line, Kings Never Die and The Hills remix were all steps in the right direction though imo. He acknowledged the criticism he received for the flows he experimented with in the New York Times interview last summer so I think he'll attempt to find a good balance with the delivery he uses. He also seems to be taking his time which is a good thing for modern day Eminem. I really enjoyed MMLP2. Overall it has some great tracks, but people still complained about the choppy flow and cohesiveness of the album. I think it's a 7/10 as it is but if you replace 3-4 tracks with bonus it's an 8.5/10.
Nov 8, 2016 Agreed. Overall the flow was solid, but I think he'll take it a step further and improve upon it. He typically switches it up every album.

Dec 19, 2017 i actually haven't listened in full yet bro, and i don't wanna s--- on it just to be edgy so i won't. i listened to some of it from the lens of a post-prime eminem, with recovery being the peak (so forgetting the sslp-tes run), and couple songs weren't too bad. he did his thing on river, pretty much in tune with one of his rihanna collabs. and he rapped to his strengths on a number of songs, bad husband, castle, arose etc. again, eminem isn't really for me, so rather than just s--- on him, i'll just say that he def gave his fans a handful of songs worth keeping.
