Anyone else got one?

I got the Pixel XL 128gb Black a couple of weeks ago.

So far its an amazing phone, something I'm glad Google did. Although as much as I am glad to have no bloatware on the phone at all, i miss some of my Sony stuff like micro apps and the Walkman.

Aware but I'm not getting it due to it's HDR being software based (and therefore incompatible with ProShot), I might get the Mate 9 Pro instead but I wouldn't be privy to the Google Pixel due to it's incredible camera.

How's this phone holding up? I'm thinking this will be my next phone. Need to get on the waiting list due to back order until mid February for the black or early March for the blue

Just got my XL on Monday and finally activated yesterday. Been playing around with it and really loving it so far. Coming from back to back Samsung galaxies so the learning curve with it has been pretty easy. What music player do you prefer @icecube? I used Samsungs default music player for my S5 and enjoyed it. I don't care for Google music. It's too cluttered for me as I like my music player to be fairly simple (like iPhone or ipods). I installed black player and going to try that out but was wondering what other good ones are out there.

I use Power Amp.

Vast amount of options to adapt music preferences. Shows quality of file in kbps as standard. By far the best music player.

If you plan to watch any movies on the device, MX Player Pro is "deal of the week" on the Play Store at the moment.

Btw, I'm now nearly 6 months into my Google Pixel XL and it's still f---ing awesome! Battery doesn't hold up anywhere near as well as it did but that's normal. With quick charge 3.0 that's not a problem as I can get 50%battery with a 40min charge. Just got to remember to take the charger with me! Non official ones are nowhere near as good.

My next step is to get the day dream.

Yet. Just give it a bit of time.

But yes, Pixel is great in the respect that there's no crap pre loaded apps on there.

However, the S Planner is by far the best calendar app I've ever used.
