Nov 21, 2016 was just reading that apparently this was a welfare check called in by someone. meaning someone basically called police and said "i think his safety is at risk" so police come to restrain him and take him away for psyche evaluation. Apparently it was done by force/against Kanye's will, or he didnt want to go or whatever. yup.

Nov 21, 2016 Is hip hop just a euphemism for a new religion? The soul music of the slaves that the youth is missing This is more than just my road to redemption Malcolm West had the whole nation standing at attention As long as I’m in Polo smiling, they think they got me But they would try to crack me if they ever see a black me I thought I chose a field where they couldn’t sack me If a n----- ain't shootin' a jump shot, running a track meet But this p---- is, at the top of Mount Olympus Ready for the World’s game, this is my Olympics We make ‘em say ho cause the game is so pimpish Choke a South Park writer with a fishstick I insisted to get up offa this d-ck And these drugs, n----s can't resist it Remind me of when they tried to have Ali enlisted If I ever wasn't the greatest n-----, I must have missed it! MBDTF full of good lyrics
Nov 21, 2016 Good mornin', this ain't Vietnam still People lose hands, legs, arms, for real Little was known of Sierra Leone And how it connect to the diamonds we own When I speak of diamonds in this song I ain't talkin' about the ones that be glowin' I'm talkin' about Roc-a-Fella, my home My chain, these ain't conflict diamonds Is they Jacob? Don't lie to me, man See, a part of me saying "Keep shining" How when I know what a blood diamond is? Though it's thousands of miles away Sierra Leone connects to what we go through today Over here it's a drug trade, we die from drugs Over there they die from what we buy from drugs The diamonds, the chains, the bracelets, the charmses I thought my Jesus-piece was so harmless 'Til I seen a picture of a shorty armless And here's the conflict It's in a black person soul to rock that gold Spend your whole life trying to get that ice Bought a Polo rugby, it looks so nice How can somethin' so wrong make me feel so right? Right? 'Fore I beat myself up like Ike You can still throw your Roc-a-Fella diamond tonight
