Dec 5, 2016 @Final @The Last Son was experimenting with crafting experience cast blizzard/fire/thunder (you add the rare coins or silver pieces or 1 other item i forgot when you craft the magic and it grants bonus EXP) i didn't think it'd be much, but i just farmed like just under 100k EXP in around an hour which i think is pretty goof

Dec 5, 2016 at Qualdin Quay? nah that one near the gem guy is 10,000 a night for 2x exp, saw just before. was tempted but i dunno, 1.5x for 300 seems so much more of a bargain than 2x for 10,000

Dec 5, 2016 Finally loaded this have and played an hour of it. Just trying to do hunts instead of story stuff so I don't ruin anything. I'll be getting the official guide book for Christmas to make sure I get 100% game completion. Only completed 3 hunts and I'm now at the beach area. So many trophies so far, I get one just for moving the character I swear!

Chests are what gives the rewards 2 chest = potion 5 = hi-potion 10= Elixer 15= hi-elixer 20= garnet bracelet 25= carbon bangle 30= amethyst bracelet 35= titanium bangle 40= mega Phoenix 45= sapphire bracelet 50= gold bangle 60= oracle earring 70= ruby bracelet 80= platinum bangle 90= emerald bracelet 99= celestriad And then in altísima there's a pinball machine that cost 10k to play it it gives completely different rewards. The 99 chest reward is a Wind-Up Lord Vexxos which can either be sold for half a mil or used to make one of the most powerful elemancy buffs
Dec 5, 2016 If you can lure other baddies close enough to them you can freeze the water. But that's super hard. There's two quests to be able to fight them. One is a quest with prompto where when you rest next to the altor slough he will ask you to go help him take a picture of one, and another is a hunt.

Dec 5, 2016 Crestholm Channels.. It's on the very far right side of the map toward the Insomnia gate I believe. Another one attacked me today in Costlemark Tower which I guess is one of the hardest dungeons in the game. I had to leave once and restock on potions, phoenix downs n s--- because these Thunder Bomb were destroying my life until I equipped a thunder resistance item and then the dungeon wasn't so bad. I'm lvl 53 tho and it's recommended 55+. I got Noctis Ultima Weapon before I went in which also helped a ton. I was lucky and got the helixhorn on my first try first k---. Really good sword
