    How so? He goes on to say it would've been their anniversary and then how she left on the first of May. I'm pretty sure he just used it because it rhymed.

    i dunno, i find it very hard to believe Eminem and so many others didnt stop and think "wait, nov 31 dont exist"...it might have been weirdly intended for some odd reason ?

    The trust is, he was court ordered to never make a song about Kim again. He makes it fictitious. This song is 100% about Kim but he puts in these "fake facts" so he can't get sued by her.
