    yeah pretty good, cause they are a bushland animal it almost gives the meat a distinct flavour/after taste you wouldnt get from any other meat. its really muscley meat though so similar to horse/beef in terms of texture, but its more tough.

    yeah i think horse is fairly popular in NZ and aus has lots of NZ'rs my NZ mate was the one who made me try it. horse meat tastes just as good as beef imo, but its texture is more strngy kinda like chicken
