    Death, Legal Issues, or Popularity, there are a nice handful of rappers/singers who could of reached higher than they did.

    Biggie Small: Gigantic No Brainer. Had the 2nd half of the 90s on lock. Drastically switched his style to a more life reflecting tone with Life After Death, yet we all know the end of his Tale (could literally swap biggie for 2pac, hence why he wasn't listed)

    Jimmy Hendrix: Only 27. Amazing guitarist who made way for a new sound and expanded the art of playing guitar. Could of had amazing collabs with rock legends of the 80s and 90s

    Amy Whinehouse: Was still young and had a beautiful voice that could of reached levels of Beyonce or Alicia Keys in the R&B genre.

    D12: Have the Em section on mute since day 1, but they were a good rap group who split due to Bugz and Proof's death and em's successful solo career.

    Travis Porter: Could of Been god of twerk music with that hit single "bring it back", but didnt really take off and was overshadowed by other artist in the game.
