    good argument i read

    "Hoe, Jay Z Hall of Fame, sit your punk a--- down (sit yo' punk a--- down)", seems to be referencing this line from Drake's claim from Summer Sixteen that has exceeded Jay:

    >I used to wanna be on Roc-A-Fella, then I turned into Jay

    "Hall of Fame" appears to be referencing Jay's induction into the Writers Hall of Fame. It could also be referencing Sean's album, "Hall of Fame", but I feel that is less likely.

    Kendrick immediately goes on to say, "So that means you ain't bigger than rapping". I believe this is taking a shot at Drake for being a pop star now, and believing he's now bigger than rap.

    However, earlier in the song he's definitely talking about Big Sean. It's also possible that this line was directed at both Drake and Big Sean.

    my bro i listened last night and texted @Poohdini and @Nav Bhatia saying kendrick is finally back

    smartest thing drake ever did was rap "like ya boy from compton said, this d-ck aint free" on record to try to dissolve some of their tension. no one is beating kendrick in a battle.

    drake best stick to making a--- eating anthems and picking on meek mill tbh.

    lol you people are so naive. Budden ripped Drake apart, it doesn't mean anything to Drake's career. He'll drop a song and chart #1 the next week and he'd do the same with Kendrick going at him.

    Drake hasn't necessarily built his career off of credibility and he's done just fine.

    I do think the Hov line and the bar about the list could be aimed at Drake. Rest of the track is so clearly about Big Sean.
