Apr 15, 2017This track I feel is the most representative piece of music Kdot has made and probably will make. What I mean is from this point onward the track I'm gonna associate with him and what I believe embodies who he is as a rapper will be this song. Not only is it brilliant within the album itself because it brings the concept full circle but it is also representative of Kendrick and his abilities as a rapper and all the things that make him a great artist.
This song probably isn't gonna be a single or be his most popular track or w/e, and it may not even be the one that people like the most, but with it Kendrick crafted his own origin story and I love it
Just watch this track will be legendary with age

this song is a good example of the creative level that Kendrick is at.
Kendrick could really write novels tbh......this is one of those stories that if you break it down and give more detail would make a good read.
As always I love Kendricks honesty that he gives in his music. Whether its him expressing his emotions or his thoughts about a certain situation. The story doesnt have to be real but you get a real reaction out of Kendrick.Ordinary Joel, Cj Hall, OwI and 1 other person like this.
